I have lost my actual theory test certificate but do have the certificate number. I am due to take my driving test at the end of this week and wondered if i can still take it even though i dont have the actual form? Is quoting the number acceptable so i can still take my test. Can anyone help as I cant get through on any numbers I have, Thanks.
